Coastal Aviation manufacture and repair a wide range of aircraft components both internationally and in Australia. We have the capability and CASA approval to repair, manufacture and modify light aircraft components through to large commercial aircraft components and have APMA approval to manufacture new aircraft components.
Our company’s CASA approval is unique as it has no limitations on size for our component manufacture. We specialise in R & D, design, machining, fabrication and assembly of aerostructures, airframes and components and aeromedical equipment from concept through to final product.
We manufacture all components in-house at our CASA approved facility and are fully accredited and licensed by CASA to manufacture aircraft components, assembly and finishing of components to your requirements under approval number C549175 and APMA-54917. We utilise quality control systems in accordance with CASA regulations and ISO9001, production, storage, material certification and Form 1 Release Notes.

Project management

Design
Coastal Aviation offers a full design service for aircraft component design/redesign (CAD) and drafting. From concept through to finished product, we can design, manufacture and engineer solutions for most aircraft.
Manufacturing
Coastal Aviation is CASA approved for welding, machining and sheetmetal and uses only CASA approved welders and machinists. We have developed programs for efficient high speed machining on CNC Lathes and Milling machines for aerospace materials. We have the technology and proven ability to produce components with a high level of complexity and can produce high quality precision components for the aerospace industry.
